My nephew's birthday is right around Halloween, so we made him a spider cake for his birthday. It was chocolate cake and yellow cake, and then I just died the yellow cake orange. It's just frosting filling.

The Volcano Cake

This was my son's first birthday cake. His name is Tayson Rex (T-Rex). The T-Rex's are suckers that I made and then the cake is chocolate with oreo cheesecake filling.

The Toothless Wonder Cake

A birthday cake for my sister in law and brother in law. He had to get implants for his front two teeth, so he didn't have any front teeth for a while. She called him "toothless wonder" so we put it on their cake :)

This is the homemade fondant again. It got wet when it sat in her fridge overnight. Not quite sure why.

These were for my cousin's daughter's first birthday. On the "1" cake it was homemade fondant - tasted better, but harder to use. Probably not worth the effort. The present cake was her "smash" cake.

My cousin got a full ride to Pepperdine on a basketball scholarship. I used a different kind of buttercream that I had never used before. I don't think I'll use it again. I didn't like the look of it.
