The Cookie Cupcakes
I have to give credit where credit is due ... Thank you Rachel for the idea to put cookie dough in my cupcakes. The cupcake decoration is nothing to write home about, but the cupcake itself and the frosting itself is!

you just plop cookie dough in the batter and bake like normal?! I see a cupcake adventure in my future. My sister made to-die-for cupcakes by sticking a whole oreo into chocolate batter and topping with peanut butter frosting.
