 Holy Cow were these rich. Chocolate chip cookies inside chocolate cupcakes topped with chocolate chip cookie frosting. Deee-licious ... as long as you have a HUGE glass of milk to go with it.

This was my very first Topsy Turvy cake ever. My niece has been wanting me to make her birthday cake for the last 3 years. This was the first year it's worked out. So even though I didn't get to go to her party because of a school assignment of working ALL (6:30 am - 9:00 pm) day at the Stake Pinewood Derby, I was still able to be a part of her birthday.

And actually, the picture of the owl she sent me had brown polka dots on the tummy too, and I forgot to add them before I took the picture. So use your imagination.
