The Topsy Turvy 12th Birthday Cake

This was my very first Topsy Turvy cake ever. My niece has been wanting me to make her birthday cake for the last 3 years. This was the first year it's worked out. So even though I didn't get to go to her party because of a school assignment of working ALL (6:30 am - 9:00 pm) day at the Stake Pinewood Derby, I was still able to be a part of her birthday.

The Lexi Owl Cake

This was for my friend's (same said friend from previous post) daughter's birthday. This is the owl she decorated her room in. So cute! And actually, the picture of the owl she sent me had brown polka dots on the tummy too, and I forgot to add them before I took the picture. So use your imagination.

The Flowers, Hearts and Rainbow Cake

One of my friend's daughters wanted a very specific cake. It must have a rainbow, flowers and hearts on it. I knew were the rainbow was going to go ... there was only one real place for it to go. The flowers were easy enough, but I had a hard time picturing where the hearts would go without it looking cluttered and chaotic. However, once I got the rainbow and flowers on there, the rest of the cake looked so empty. It worked out perfectly!
